2007 Polaris Sportsman 700 X2

My buddy has the opportunity to pick up a 2007 Polaris Sportsman 700 X2 with 200 miles and it's neat as pin and has been meticulously maintained but has no extras. Looks like it hasn't been out of the garage. The guy is asking 4800, is that a decent deal?
