Coupla baldys

I keep telling myself that I have enough photos of birds in trees, but I really can't resist these fellas.

The first one was closer, but the angle wasnt good. The second was farther away but I was able to walk to a higher elevation. The first I was able to brace against the car door, but the second was totally handheld. If I hadn't had good light, the second shot probably wouldn't have even been a keeper.

I don't know what it is. I've got a thousand shots of eagles sittin' in trees but every time I see one I stop and take some more. Nicely done!
