Open Early

Any thoughts about whether they will open some trails earlier this year with the strong spring melt!!

My thoughts are that since they are forever looking for reasons to limit use, that they will hesitate to open them early. But, thats just my opinion not based on any inside knowledge.

As Far as i know alot up north were open for about a week but then closed due to water running down the trails and washing out the Ruts and thats what i was told by DNR. I know of a park thats open and thats Tri County Atv park but be Careful in the few hours i was there 3 people joined the upside down club.

Tri County has seen it's share of carnage over the years. Both machine and riders.

MN DNR HSOforum updated quite a few of the trails to open as of today 4-1-2010. Just hoping it isn't an April Fools gag, my buddy picked up a new 850 xp and we are going to try to do some riding this weekend :-) Enjoy the early spring everyone.
