Hey Mozzy, did you go with the medium or MH Vendetta? I have the MH, but am contemplating returning for the medium. I don't usually like medium casters, but the Vendetta MH might almost be too stiff.

I had a good time. Picked up some Kopper's cranks from Thorne Bros on Sunday for a hefty discount, compared to everyone else. Otherwise I was looking for deals on Fireline and just couldn't find any, but (as if sent from Heaven) I just got a flyer from Cabela's big store in Rogers in the mail with a deal on said line. So, I think I'll have to drag my butt down to Rogers at some point this week.

Anyway, it was a good time. However, I couldn't find DD's booth, although it didn't help that I couldn't remember the name either. Only that it started with an 'S' and it wasn't Shimano... Hmmm.

I enjoyed the show. I went on a Friday and there weren't nearly as many people there compared to weekends. I really didn't plan to make any big purchases but I got to talking with a guy at Thorne Bros and he offered me a Cumara Reaction for 30% off. I couldn't resist.

I did notice that on Sunday as well. We got there at opening so I didn't expect a lot of people right away, but the crowds never really showed up like they did last year or the year before. It seemed pretty tame all day.
