Hand gun purchase ?

If person A is of legal age and has a permit to purchase and conceal and carry ect. Can person B who is twenty years old pay for his hand gun at cabelas to earn the points from the gun purchase. Anyone who with any experience or info care to share.

If the wife is 20 and the husband is 21, yes it does.

If the person on the 4473 is not the one paying for the gun the sale shouldn't be completed.

Huh Scheels has sold me a pistol paid for with my wifes credit card and my mom has paid for a pistol at Cabelas that was picked up by her husband at a later date. Guy at Scheels said it was not a problem because it was a spouse.

Guess it depends on who and were you are buying the gun, girlfriend went with me during christmas week to a gun shop and paid for my gun after i filled out the paper work, the guy didnt care, took the card right from her hands and gave me a smile like your lucky b-stard.
