NCAA at Xcel

Went to yesterdays games at the X, first game was pretty entertaining in the 3rd and OT. Second game started off slow as did WI.

If anyone is interested in tonight's WCHA semifinal rematch between WI and ST Cloud, it was EMPTY in the X yesterday. I am sure it would be easy to get tickets. And when I mean empty, I mean they weren't letting anyone in the upper deck, and you could sit nearly anywhere in the 100 level.

I hope there is a few more people in there tonight. Both these teams had a decent showing last weekend in the WCHA tourny. I think there being no alcohol might be affecting things for locals going. I think i would have gone if I could drink there. Sounds dumb, I know. Just seems dumb that adults cant have a beer if they want to . I watched it from home without having a beer, I dont know what it is.

Hopefully get about 8000 in there tonight.

Thats too bad. I have to aggree that alcohol sells would make it a sell out. I thought Wisconsin has a good fan base.
