Ice Armour Repair

Where can I go to get the zipper on my ice armour coat fixed? About how much would something like that cost?

I've had zippers repaired at a local shoe repair store, if it's a problem with the zipper slide they are usually pretty easy to repair --- especially if they used a name-brand zipper like YKK and not some cheap import junk. Probably $20 or so depending on what you need done. Another good place to check is with any local tailors, seamstresses, or even a dry cleaner.

Thanks. Basically what it is...the zipper stopper on the bottom is gone, and a few of the "teeth" along the bottom of the zipper are gone.

I have a shop in town that replaced a zipper and put in the larger heavy duty one like Perchjerker is talking about for $24.00. That thing is one heavy duty zipper.

I think most any shop that sews can fix that for you.

I like the sound of that. I wasn't a very big fan of the zipper before it broke...for big name expensive suit, it just seemed cheap! I'm guessing the same shop could replace the buttons to? Just like the zipper, they seem cheap too.
