Broken Bail - Shimano Symetre

Last fall I broke the bail on my Shimano Symetre reel. Shimanos HSOforum say they don't repair discontinued models. I know the Symetre isn't discontinued but its the previous generation model, not the current one.

Does anybody know anywhere or anyone could help me get it fixed. It works fine other than the thing metal bail is broken.

Bass Pro has a very good repair shop for reels. Check with them.

Griggsy.. which symetry, just because it was last model does not mean they do not fix them. They still have parts for some models, unless you are 2-3 models back you may have problems. IF not, Connie at Lake Fork tackle repair does very good work and have heard nothing but good things from their company.

Ok thanks. I'll try to get a hold of Shimano then. I believe its just one generation old. I bought it in 2008 I believe.
