Oil bath hubs

So I was changing the oil in the hubs the other day and stripped out two of the screws that drain the oil. What is the best way to remove the screw after it is stripped out? An easy out. Should I try it myself or would I be better off just taking it in. Its a 2005 EZloader trailer. Thanks
