Todays ride

Not a great day but fun, foggy conditions this morn made for some interesting riding for the first 20 miles, lots of freezing fog on the lenses. After the first stop the fog had lifted and we were good to go. Started snowing about mid afternoon so that was interesting in itself. So far 2-3" lots of powder on the trails, and everything blended white so some bumps just kinda appeared from nowhere. Ended up with an even 100 miles today. Had fun riding with the big group, I think we had around 15 at one time. I got the oldie of the bunch but as we found out later one of the 3 fastest, met some new friends and had fun, thats what it's all about.

Good pics Esox! we had sunshine all day today, 22 of us out on a ' fun run ', haven't done that in a LONG time, sure was fun, ended up with about 165 miles and we lost 4 sleds on the whole deal, belt trouble, bearing trouble, busted exhaust pipe and one crash.

Snow was pretty good.

We lost only 1 due to a bearing loss, one of the young kids layed his over a couple times and one girl got stuck once but other than that no big problems. I gotta give the 3 kids with us credit they can ride, 12,14 and 15 they kept up with the leaders with no problems. Kids were on 600 MXZ's and Summits so not riding beginner sleds.
