? on building wheelhouse

I built my own with torsion axels and bought my own wheels boat cranks. I had a unlimited supply of steel and I do alot of welding. I also wanted to keep it light so I could easily pull it with my 4 wheeler. 8'x12' weighs in at 600#. Works great and I luv it. The one tricky part of building your own is accounting for the tire angle after the build is complete. Mine arent perfect but it also doesnt seem to matter, goes down the road great with no abnormal wear.
