Capt'nJosh
I started fly fishing about 12 years ago in Alaska and had a GREAT time! Since then I have moved to Minnesota, and have not had very good luck at all fly fishing. Have any of you had good luck in Minnesota?
Guest
I have been fly fishing for 3 years now and have had a great time in south east MN and western WI. I'm sure that the size of fish does not compare to Alaska but there are a lot of nice trout to be caught. I picked up a book at Bentley's Outfitter called somthing like "Trout Streams of Western Wisconsin and South east Minnesota". It has a lot of good information on spots to hit and what to expect. Early season in Wisconsin is only a few weaks away!!! I can't wait.[This message has been edited by Herkey (edited 02-21-2002).]
