is there any good catfish lake in or around the anoka county area?

I know they stocked them in Moore a long time ago. I caught a bunch of smaller ones many moons ago. Looks like they got a lot bigger??

The only deep spot in the lake has an aerater right there, it stays open all year. I'd just go to the river, or if you wanna really have some fun w/ winter cats head up to the Horseshoe Chain by St. Cloud. 30/night per person is pretty common, mostly on the smaller, eater size but some nice ones mixed in.

Too far of a drive for a scouting trip. I don't mind scouting in the summer when my hands are warm, but the winter is a different story.
