Transfer waypoints from H20 to Humminbird 595 GPS???

Does anyone know how to transfer waypoints from a H20 to a Humminbird 595C GPS Combo? I can "save" data on the H20 to a SD card, but I can't "load" them to the HB. Can you load waypoints onto this model? It has a SD slot. The Navionics Hotmaps work. This is the first HB unit I've owned, I've always used Lowrance units.

There was a thread on this not long ago, you need to convert the waypoints to something the bird will understand. Lowrance doesn't just save the waypoints as lat/lon coordinates.

So you need to find some software on the web, read chip on computer, convert to format bird will understand and then load on bird.

P.S. that is why I still use all Lowrance products, Handheld GPS and both display units have the same waypoints so if one goes down it is just a matter of getting it repaired or replaced and reloading waypoints.
