'05 polaris accessories question

recently purchased a little used '05 which has the black plastic pads in the front & read. I believe they are for accessories (quick attach) but not sure. would they still sell some accessories for htis uit (700 efi) ? looking for something to attach buckets in rear & possible an auger up front.

Yeah - That year is compatible with the Lock-n-Ride system of accessories. Check out the Polaris HSOforum and look under "Pure Polaris". Once there, you can enter the year and model of your machine and see what's available for it.

I'm assuming you're talking about a 700 Sportsman. There is a 5-gallon bucket holder, but not an auger holder. What most people do is get the front rack from Polaris, then get a Mad Dog auger holder (or some similar brand) and attach it to the rack. Good system.

The front and rear racks on your "05 are exactly the same as the any of the newer Polaris Sportsman series racks. All of the Polaris Sportsman accessories will fit.
