erickol
hey all, got out last night and then again tonight. I had decent luck with the crappies so decided to take a limit and have the first meal of the hard water season. Since my main fish eating team are my 10 and 7 year old daughters, I tend to mostly feed them small panfish, or predator fish from real clean waters. (They can't get enough fish, so I try to minimize their exposure to the mercury and pcbs) anyway, tonight was crappie and homemade tortilla soup... lots of limes

hmw8066
Those fillets do look to have a great breading/texture/method. Please share if you would. Great job.
