08 polaris x2

I just called a polaris dealer and he told me that polaris does not make a auger rack. Is this true? It is the new lock and ride system. I would like to mount it to the front of my ATV. Any help would be appreciated.

I have an '07 X2. It is true that Polaris does not make an auger holder/rack.

I bought the Polaris rails for the front rack, and then got a Mad Dog auger holder. Mounts right to the rails and haven't had any issues with it in three years. Also use it in summer with tools etc.

Thanks for the info. After doing more research that is what i planned on doing. At least i now know it will work.

Hope it works as well for you as it does for me. When set-up, the X2 is really a very cool ice fishing machine. Between the rack, dump box and sealed storage, everything is very conveniently located, and mobility is huge!

yeah i am finally getting it all set up. I have the 700 and have never had a problem getting around. I pull the eskimo quick flip 3. great for running.
