Propane Tank??

Just wondering if anybody knows about what a 11 lb propane tank costs. Also, if you use it on the small Mr Heater do you need a filter?

50 bucks at GM, and no filter needed for the Cooker, I would use one on the buddies. 11 lb tank and the cooker is a great combo

Do you need to run a regulator on the tank with the heater/ cooker?

I like the pancake style, less prone to tipping over. I use my Big Buddy with hose+regulator+quick connect. Your not suppose to have to use a filter with this setup.

If you use the new style green hose you do not need a filter.
