123fish
Or better and not shot. Do you actually eat those things? Nice shooting anyways.
mpester
I found a way to make those things not taste like bad fish this year since I shot more hooded ones than ducks. You take a little of every sauce in the fridge. Put in some garlic, powdered mustard and some ginger. Let them soak for seven day and six hours. Grill until they are very, very well done. They do not taste like bad fish anymore! They taste like you mixed everything in the fridge together but not very bad fish. I feel guilty not eating what I shot. 123fish
I really commend you for eating what you shoot. I just have to ask...is there a difference in a northern crow and a local crow as far as taste goes?

Moonie
I also take a meat tenderizer to them b4 i throw them in the marinade... it helps the meat soak up the juices.
