4x6 wood fish house price

I am not selling anything on this post, I just am looking for input from people on what they think the ice house it worth.

I have a 4x6 ice house that I'm not sure If i want to sell or not. I don't have any pictures yet but will have them by sunday. The house is a home made 2x2 wall 6' ceiling and it is on skids. there is also a wood stove in it. there is one large hole that can easily fit 2 augered holes or use for spearing. overall the house is in pretty decient shape, I think that the outside plywood might be a little banged up but not bad. (that house is not at my place, it is in storage and am trying to remember for sure the condition)

Anybody have any serious comments on what it is worth? I'm thinking probably $50-75? Thanks.

Dude, I wouldn't put it up for less than $200 starting.

well, half of the wood on the house needed to be replaced. I decided to take the house apart and salvage the wood that I could. I saved the stove though.
