garlic butter in a fry pan, a little lemon pepper and fry. simple and fast and oooh soo good, just don't get to crazy with the garlic and the lemon pepper. You can always deglaze your pan with a little wine if you want som sauce.

a quick and easy way We really like is to litely butter a pan, lay fillets in pan and put parmesan over them and put in the broiler till done

I like to mix flour a dash of cajun seasoning, dash of pepper, and a small amount of baking powder

Egg wash

Unsalted crackers or potato buds

run them through the flour then the egg then crackers or buds fry em up and enjoy
