Dennis my good friend... Good to see your name!!!

I have had a Rival for many years. Really like it, keeps the smell down in the house while cooking and keeps the oil pretty fresh while not in use. The only downfall is its somewhat small, I can really only do about 4-6 fillets(panfish) at time.

I have had a digital Bravveti for quite a few years.Works great.The digital temp setting and timer are super.If I ever have to get another it would be digital with 1 large basket and 2 smaller ones.Also nice to have a drain in the bottom.
