coating floor of fish house

was thinking about about coating the floor of the fish house with a epoxy type garage floor coating. you know the ones with the speckles in it. and im not talking about the cheap do it your self kit either. just wondering if anyone else has done the same and if so the results the have had. I just hate soggy carpet from visitors. with the epoxy i could just squeege it right outside or down the hole.

Sounds like a frozen slip and slide! It might work if you determine a way to add adequate traction.

We have put it in 3 houses now... I wouldn't have anything else. Put some sand in the epoxy just like the garage floor so it doesn't slip. Also, make sure your plywood on the floors are well nailed down or better yet screwed down and taped so that the seam doesn't come up and appear through the epoxy.

All you need to do is squeege after drilling holes and it dries out real fast.

sprinkle some sand on it when you apply it for extra traction.

Tape it similar to sheet rock prior to painting...
