Horseradish

I did horseradish before, First peel as best you can. Horseradish

is not tangy in its solid form. It gets tangy from proscessed in

a blender or food proscesser which opens the "cells" inside the

horseradish.The vinegar stops the proscess.

Here is how I do it. Chop it up as cubes, Which isnt a easy task.

Use a old blender that you dont care if it burns out. [horseradish is a very tough veggie] just throw the cubes in the hole in the cover of your blender. [do not take a whiff of the blended horseradish, it will very fumey!] If you want a milder horseradish, Put a tablespoon of vinegar in the blender right away. I wait 5 minutes before i add it, I like it hot! Thats about it. For more info, Google proscessing horseradish.
