Out of state license

My brother-in-law wants to hunt with us this year and we hunt in zone 266 wich is a managenment area and he thought he was restricted to bucks only being he was an out of a state hunter. I can't find my reg. book, but I can't remember reading anything about that. Does anyone know for sure? Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks everyone.

No, would be subject the same hunting regs that you are, just with an out-of-state license.

I have a out-of-state hunter comming two, they can get a bonus tag as well but the cost is $68.50, if you have a big enough party you might be able to share your bonus tags
