Actually found it at scheels.

For those of you interested, it is the powder used by taxidermists when whitening a european mount. Add enough Hydrogen Perxoide to 3/4 cup of the Mag. Bicarbonate to make a paste with the consistency of ketchup. Spread onto the skull, avoiding any part you do not want to turn white and you now have what is sold in the stores for $25.00 and higher.
