yes they do, I picked up a post at Sportsman's Warehouse before they went out of business. I found it in the camping section. It is black and about 20 inches long. The top has the male connection similar to the top of a 1lb disposable which mates with that type of lantern. There is another towards the bottom that you could connect your heater to with the right adapter hose.

There are 2 styles, one is a simple Mr. Heater Y fitting, and the other is a Coleman or Brunton style riser tube, and the lantern itself will screw directly to the top.

The Y fitting will require two hoses, one to each appliance.

One may serve as a lantern stand if you also add a 90 deg elbow fitting, and the hose will run from that stand to the heater. More hoses to deal with but breaks down for travel in a ice shack easier.

The "Tank top riser tube style" can often run up to 3 gas appliances, so one to a heater, another to a stove to cook or a second heater, and the top runs the lantern. Or you can run it just as the lantern, each fitting is a pressure fighting so you can use 1-3 depending on your needs. This is ideal for camp site applications and some ice shack situations, like the largest Pop-Ups out now.

Both styles of fittings are available in the Camping dept at Gander Mountain. The Y fittings may now also be in the ice fishing set with the Mr. Heaters accessories in the fishing dept, so if you do not see it, check both areas.
