Farley
Everyone waits for the "big push" while the smart people shoot limits. Its all on how hard you want to work at it. If your lazy you wont shoot much. If you are shooting limits, good for you, but dont think it's because you're smarter than everyone who isnt shooting limits. KcMoyy, good pick for a carrer, I'm also a machinist. I hunt alot around Cokato we should hook up for a hunt sometime in the Annandale area. Clearwater??? mudslinger
Im seeing divers that I normally dont shoot til later. The ones im seeing came down two weeks ago and are just milling around the area. Im not complaining, just shooting. Generally, you get out what you put into it. Ive come up short of what I put in many times but thats hunting I guess.

RumRiverRat
Didn't shoot a bird on opener and we usually limit with 6 guys. I did not see a duck on Pelican on Thursday evening. Drove past the access on Saturday and 4 trucks. Tells you that its slow. So getting to your spot at 6pm Friday didn't work out too well?It is a little slow out there now, but there are ducks to be shot out there.
