RF Remote?

Any suggestions on an RF remote to control my DVD player and stereo receiver in another room? Any tips on doing this before I go into a big box store and they tell me I should have them come out to evaluate the situation? : )

My equipment is good stuff but a few years old and controlled by IR remotes.

Do a google search for LRRX-2, I think this is what you might be looking for.

I picked up one of these at a radio shack store and it works great, simply put the correct adapter into your IR remote ( either AA or AAA battery ) and it will transmit your IR signal up to 100 feet thru walls to a receiver and that will beam it to your devices.

They also have a 4 device unit, LRRX-4 if you need to expand in the future.
