Looking for Photoshop help

Hey guys & gals. I have a picture that needs some help. In the heat of the moment, I forgot to tuck in the tongue of a deer for a hero shot of my wife. We got quite a few photos but this one is probably the best of the bunch (or would be with tongue fixed.)

Here's my dilemma. I don't have any photo editing software. Back in the day, I used Photoshop quite a bit and if it's anything like the past, I don't think it would be too difficult of a task, or at least I hope not. Is there anyone out there with some software that would be willing to take a look at a picture or two and see if anything could be done to improve it? I sure would appreciate it!

I sure didn’t do anything special and I’d give good odds that the folks that frequent this forum could probably pick up what I did with their eye. But for most people it would probably appear untouched.
