We have a 12 team league...once injuries start piling up, the pickings get real slim. The waiver wire is set up for pick ups last to first. Nobody wants to trade. The last place team has Shaub and Payton, and won't trade either. He has no running backs to speak of. If it was a TE only league, he would be in 1st place. But it is all for fun.

That's too bad. Good trade management is the key to success in fantasy football. I've yet to meet someone who has been 100% happy with their fantasy draft, and with 12 teams or more, you're absolutely right that the free agent pool gets mighty thin. I think that's a good waiver wire setup. I'm going to suggest that to my main league next year. Our league is a first come first serve for free agents, and only dropped players get placed on the waiver wire. So, it favors the addicts over the casual fantasy managers. Luckily, I'm one of the addicts and was able to grab Mike Sims-Walker and Miles Austin in a league where I have Reggie Wayne (hope he's not hurt too badly) and Donald Driver! I traded Willis McGahee early on for Steve Slaton to pick up the slack for Matt Forte, and drafted Ray Rice and Ronnie Brown late in my draft. Not super excited with McNabb and Cutler as my QBs, but I'm trying to trade McNabb and someone for an upgrade there...possibly Aaron Rogers.
