Picking a bear stand site?

I am starting to think about next years bear season already. While deer hunting this year I am going to eye up some spots for bear hunting. For a newbie what should I look for?

Water and a good tree to sit in. This was my first year. Both baits had water near, and i think that made a difference with the warm weather. I also tried to have a quiet entrance/exit, and secluded spot that wouldn't be bothered, with good cover so they felt safe.
