Troubles changing Avatar?!?

I'm trying to change my avatar pic and keep getting a message stating something about improper form? Anyone else experiencing this or is it just be messing something up?

is your image sized down? That might be the issue. Id make sure your image is the correct size and that you have it uploaded to your image hosting account.

I'm not sure what the heck is the problem. I've sized it to 110x147 and saved it to my photobucket account.

If clicked on it comes up with a nice little pic of me and my recent pb flat. I'm not sure what else to try?

I resized to 109x146 and it worked!
