Want to get some kind of stereo in here? Any ideas? Don't want a huge project and no where to hide wires???

A friend got an orange radio from a box store. I think it ran of of rechargeable batts and it has an ipod plug in and was fairly small and easy to pack. He also has a car stereo which he hardly ever uses(takes a fair share of juice)

If you have a TV in there you could always just put in a cheap set of surround sound, thats what I did. I keep the sub with all the speaker inputs up fron under the stove area and it just plugs in to the 110 outlet up there. For the two speakers in the back I just ran the wire along the side on the floor and covered it up with a piece of trim. With the surround sound system you can plug in an mp3 an play your music (most mp3 payers now play radio as well)normally or you can play your tv with the surround sound. If you dont want or need surround sound you could do a set of computer speakers with sub, this would prevent you form having to hide wires going to the back. I guess it would also depend if you use a generator or not. I imagine a regular radio with a couple car speakers would eat less battery than anything with an amp/sub

a tv can only be 15-19 inches. I just dont know how to hook up a car stereo to speakers?? Where to put the speakers and chords?

Go check out an orange box store for an orange radio. hint hint! If you hook car speakers up to home stereo make sure your impeedence is the same most car speakers are 4 ohms, and home stereo is 8 ohms. I am just going to use a bosch jobsite radio.
