I see this youngster just about every morning I drvie by an area just down the road where we live. Almost every time he takes to the wing out of the standing barley field and lands in a poplar tree on the other side of the road. Today I stopped to see whether or not he (or she) would mind if I stopped and took a few pic's.

Apparently the young owl wasn't overly bothered with my presence. A couple of quick pic's and I was off!
