Jim Hudson
Finally.. Got to hit up some inland waters for some fishing action.. Had Jayme and his two boys out for some morning walleye action.. And typical of summer fishing on Namekagon, we found fish both shallow and deep. Pitching jigs and rigging in deep water (20+) and slip bobbering and pitching jigs on the weed edges both produced fish. Combination of crawlers and leeches for bait as well as 3" Gulp! minnows did the trick. Great day showing these vacationers a few good spots for their trip here to the north country. snoozebutton
Looks like a pretty good day Jim. My wife and I have been picking up a few here and there in the mornings and evenings any where from 12 to 20 feet in and next to the weeds. Haven't found any big concentrations, pretty scattered out.
