ZEEK1223 Posted August 5, 2009 Share Posted August 5, 2009 I have a bunch in the garden, and my buddy told me this very simple recipe. Cut peppers in halve, scrape the seeds out and save them. Mix cream cheese with the seeds, and stuff the peppers. Then wrap peppers in bacon, and cook on the grill with tin foil till the bacon is done. I am usually one that would add a bunch of other stuff to the mix, like bacon bits, and chedder cheese or green onion or something. But I think the simple cream cheese is the way to go.
