B-man715
The Misses and I dove head first into a garden this year and are looking for some pickle recipes for cuc's and beans. We found some on recipe sites, but I know if a fellow FM'er has one to share it HAS TO BE GOOD Another question, some recipes I've found don't specify if the canning time starts when you drop the jars into boiling water, or if the time starts when the water starts boiling again. Any help on this? (I have a turkey cooker to do water bath canning.) Thanks for any help!
Dark Cloud
Heres one that was well recieved. These are "refrigerator" pickles - no canning, just in the fridge for 2 days and they are ready to eat.http://www.fishingminnesota.com/forum/ub...les#Post1481426Tons to search through on-line and Ball's Complete Book of Home Preserving is awesome also...
