Can some one tell me what this is?

I spotted several nests near Pelican Lake in Ottertail county along HWY 59. Can't figure out what is in it with babies. Do you guys know?

I believe it's an osprey - but I'll let the experts verify that.

Osprey is correct. They are setting up roosts for them up there in different areas. I know of a couple of nest stands around Dead Lake, and see them flying often.

That is indeed an osprey.

well there are 5 nesting pairs within about 1/2 mile of each other. that would explain why I see them out hunting alot in that area.
