update on shimano sedona

hello i hope this ok to do i'm mot bashing any companies or store so i bring my sedona back to gander the guy says yes it is rough plus i didnt relize it was a 6 to 1 ratio to fast for me my fault i return it and buy the new president xt reel i go fishing i catch 1 nice pike snap line goes limp figure bad luck 5 minutes later a nice pike snap the line roller is loose as a goose tighten screw doesnt move call gander tells me to return it i go up there they check the other ones loose but not like this one burned twice i decide to go with there gander series i'm told it is the same as the regular president reel that pflueger is now discontinuing thats why i didnt buy the regular president wanted something new for a while well sorry i ranted but i had to drive 50 miles each time plus 2 pike that will die i hope not this bugs me the most i must say gander was awesome to deal with i teased the clerk helping me and said this is like getting to know youre mechanic because youre car is bad he just laughed and said to call him by his name it just felt good in todays day and age someone cares also the gave me my line free sorry to ramble but a bad day
