‘move-over’ law for boaters effective July 1

I would much rather have a boat not slow down when going by. Too many times they have slowed and doubled the size of their wake just barely moving.

My post, at least the whaa part was about how the first part of the law read. It sounded like they couldn't drive their boat in waves.

My point in the rest of the post was more about how there is already a law that no one is following so creating a new one will really not help without enforcement of the current law.

I obviously was not clear.

I actually am in my boat quite a bit and I know what you mean and it irritates me too.

You go get em with the 2oz sinker. Maybe add a musky treble to it!
