wally-eye
If you don't have a digital tv you will have to use a converter box.

thorski
Go into your tv's settings menu and check to see if it is programmed to receive the signal by the "antenna" or "cable". It needs to be set to "antenna". Then do a re-scan or auto program. If I unplug my tv for a while, it defaults back to the "cable" setting and I have to go back into the menu and reset it to "antenna".How this helps. wally-eye
Don't forget to turn on your antenna booster if you have one.
