This turned out pretty good.

I meant to take pictures....but the bluegills didn't last that long! lol

I used bluegill fillets. Cut them into 2 inch chunks. Soak them in your hot sauce of choice...I like tobasco. Mix in an egg to add some stickiness.

Take a bag of cheese doritos...crush them as much as humanly possible. Toss the the cubed fillets into the doritos and then into the hot oil.

Nice crunch and very tasty.
