This turned out pretty good.

I meant to take pictures....but the bluegills didn't last that long! lol

I used bluegill fillets. Cut them into 2 inch chunks. Soak them in your hot sauce of choice...I like tobasco. Mix in an egg to add some stickiness.

Take a bag of cheese doritos...crush them as much as humanly possible. Toss the the cubed fillets into the doritos and then into the hot oil.

Nice crunch and very tasty.

Try with Cool Ranch Doritos and it is even better!!

I've done that exact thing Doop, but with Franks Hot Sauce and Cool Ranch Doritos, itis really good.
