Doop Posted May 29, 2009 Share Posted May 29, 2009 This turned out pretty good. I meant to take pictures....but the bluegills didn't last that long! lolI used bluegill fillets. Cut them into 2 inch chunks. Soak them in your hot sauce of choice...I like tobasco. Mix in an egg to add some stickiness. Take a bag of cheese doritos...crush them as much as humanly possible. Toss the the cubed fillets into the doritos and then into the hot oil. Nice crunch and very tasty. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
