Carp spawn

Carp are starting to spawn on more and more lakes. This weekend should be good shooting.

Yep. If it stays warm its time to get out in the weeds and shallow bays and do some shooting.

anybody? my uncle is planning a shooting/fishing trip on the Mississippi down near La Crosse in the middle of june. ANY info would be greatly appreciated. Is the spawn still gonna be happening? If not is it still worth bringing the bows?

Probably won't be spawning then. I think there would still be some good shooting in any of the backwater areas. I know some guys that do good all summer around pools 4&5.

Area lakes around Hutch having carp spawning. Pulled out a post spawn female chasing walters the other night.
