my old bow?

i was just wondering if my old 40 pound bow is enough to go bow fishing for carp with ?

oh yea some guys use lighter pounds then that, if your shooting 50+ times light bows are nice

during the right conditions, a kids bow is all you need. i have mine set at 55 lbs, but 10 fish i shot last weekend i barely even drew half way. its pretty easy when you have to move your feet to shoot the fish you almost stepped on!

I think mine is set at 35 or 40 lbs. Plenty good for most shots.
