i just bought a new wheeler and after how many hr/mile does a guy change the oil on average

Usually first oil change is at 25 hours. After that is every 50 hours or once a year whichever comes first.

it depends on the brand. Each manufacturer will have specific requirements. The best advice I can give you is look in the owners manual for the break-in procedure. Some machines it will be 10 hours. Others it will be 100 miles. Some dealers may tell you after 2 tanks of gas.

Again, the best thing you can do is what the manufacturer recommends. You may void the warranty otherwise.
