Its a 1980's small hp Mercury. How do you get rid of the unburned gas and oil if thats it? I tried running around the lake fast before I go in and it still did it. I put the old hose on and will try it.

I used the NGK ones at first with Amsoil synthetic and it still stopped on me. Should I wrap black tape over the hose and see if that works?

I had it serviced by a Mercury dealer and took it back to them and they seemed not to find anything wrong with it. I got the hose from them too and put it on the tank. I have tried pumping the ball but it seems to get empty fast and Id have to do it almost every second. They told me that it was from not running the oil out of it before I leave the lake and I have tried that still my propeller is full of that gear oil. I had fishing line in the propeller and they shoulda got it out when they put the new seal and impeller in right? That dealer has made me mad from by putting in different spark plugs than what I get and I have replaced them with the champion brand like in my Mercury book. They said NKG plugs are what Mercury is going to now. I have a older Mercury motor, what can I do to try to solve the leak by myself?

Verizon is the best out there for coverage and service. Verizon even works on lakes when your fishing where most other ones dont. I would say Cingular, Alltel and Tmobile are good too but coverage varies. Sprint is the worst as it drops alot of calls because of its coverage is only on main highways and cities.

If you have a small boat and can put tires on by yourself just get 2 from Tires Plus, Northern Tool or a small tire shop. They are much cheaper and save money putting them on by yourself. If you have a big and heavy boat then probably get the Goodyear or Carlisles.

I would join as a nonboater if someone has a boat for it and needs a partner.

I would definately get at least 17 inch flat screen Lcd monitor 3.0 ghz 512 MB Ram 200 GB hard drive Dvd+-RW/Cd+-RW (to burn dvds and cds). I would either go with Pentium or Amd 3000+ processors unless your getting a wireless labtop. The new Black Sony Vaio is the best one you can get as it doesnt run on a fan and makes less noise. HP/Compaq are the best fit I would say for you. I would stay away from Dell. Best Buy or Sams are places I would check out for deals.

Pohlad should definately pay for most of the stadium. How about the "Kirby Puckett Memorial Stadium" and have a statue of him outside and pictures of the championship teams inside the stadium.

I might have to get one of those breakaway cases. Do they make one that has a strap over your shoulder that fits bigger rods while your riding a bike?

Got them both today, they are really nice. They have straps inside to hold the rods and a side compartment.

Are you guys letting it run for a while before you drill a hole or go out? I start mine at home before I go and mine doesnt do that. When Ive set it on the snow for a while and want to drill a hole you have to let the engine warm up again. My friends Strikemaster is the same way.

Its Saber Professional 100:1 Pre Mix Smokeless oil that you should get for 2 cycle engines. You need to put 1.3 ounces into a 1 gallon tank for the 100:1 mixture or 2.6 ounces of it for 50:1. It works great.

I just ordered 2 triads. Will help me alot when I have to carry my gear out to the lake. After I ordered there was coupon for $10 off my next purchase from ready rig. What a great deal .

Have you driven over a Ford lately?

Do they give you things to put over the hooks with the triad or should I just get the black one for 5.99.

I think this reg is alright. When Ive gotten 1 over 20 inches I have only gotten another one over 20 a couple times. I think the dnr will be measuring more fish in peoples coolers or livewells from now on. They can be a pain sometimes when they ask questions and check over your boat. Guess there just doing there job but I think the fishermen shoulda voted on this law for the size of walleye instead of the government.

No matter which truck you get I would get K&N Filters and system and Tornado to add to it to get alot better gas mileage. Also consider getting Flowmaster or another brand of Dual Exaust. These will add alot more power to your truck and increase gas mileage and more power. Also consider the Dodge Dakota V-8 trucks. Ive gotten over 20 mph with this system and low of 16 pulling a boat or driving in town alot. Some have the long box in back and its about the same as the Ram.
