Catmendo
The rapids at the mouth of the Whitemouth River. Not a big river by any standards, located in south eastern Manitoba. The Whitemouth snakes along for approximately sixty miles and acts as the main out flow for Whitemouth Lake. She's a genuwine super venue for those seeking a rafting/photography expedition. Note: The midday sun directly overhead was not the best time for me to be taking pic's like this.
MN Shutterbug
A little blinding, but nice shot anyhow.
Steve Foss
Stu, really excellent balance in composition here. Checking the histogram after the first shot and adjusting with exposure compensation to underexpose about one full stop would have eliminated the blown out water.
