wplatehunter
I am having a kicker installed on my fiberglass boat. Some dealers are telling me that I need a bracket and others are saying they mount it directly to the fiberglass. This is my first fiberglass boat. Its a tyee gl if it matters. How is yours mounted? EJ
I have a similar boat and used a bracket. I would think it necessary to distribute the load more evenly.
marine_man
Is there room to get a kicker on that boat? I didn't think the splash well was wide enough to accommodate the main motor and a kicker?marine_man
JohnMickish
My Rangers have had the kicker pad mounted to the boat and the kicker bolted to the pad. It's the right way to go.
