Members Only Fluid Forum View   08/08/2017

Fluid forum view allows members only to get right to the meat of this community; the topics. You can toggle between your preferred forum view just below to the left on the main forum entrance. You will see three icons. Try them out and see what you prefer.   Fluid view allows you, if you are a signed up member, to see the newest topic posts in either all forums (select none or all) or in just your favorite forums (select the ones you want to see when you come to Fishing Minnesota). It keeps and in real time with respect to Topic posts and lets YOU SELECT YOUR FAVORITE FORUMS. It can make things fun and easy. This is especially true for less experienced visitors raised on social media. If you, as a members want more specific topics, you can even select a single forum to view. Let us take a look at fluid view in action. We will then break it down and explain how it works in more detail.   The video shows the topic list and the forum filter box. As you can see, it is easy to change the topic list by changing the selected forums. This view replaces the traditional list of categories and forums.   Of course, members only can change the view to better suit your way of browsing.   You will notice a “grid” option. We have moved the grid forum theme setting into the main forum settings. This makes it an option for members only to choose. This screenshot also shows the removal of the forum breadcrumb in fluid view mode. Fluid view remembers your last forum selection so you don’t lose your place when you go back to the listing. The benefit of this feature is easy to see. It removes a potential barrier of entry for members only. It puts the spotlight on topics themselves, and not the hierarchical forum structure. You as a member will enjoy viewing many forums at once and switching between them without leaving the page. We hope that fluid view, the new functionality is an asset that you enjoy .

Check out Big Creek Lake(s), there is a upper and lower and I know they have Tigers in there, Walden will be your closest town, not sure where you will be. I believe it is about 40 mile drive that will put you near the Wy. / Co. border.

We have Elk hunted up there for many years but I have never fished the lake.

I found a couple pictures I took a few years ago when we were out driving around before season opened.

Can't imagine too many other places I would like to be other than somewhere in this picture on a blue bird day in the fall in Colorado.

Hope you have good fishing! Give us a report if you happen to make it up there, pictures are good too.....

If you want, google up North Park Anglers, they have some current reports on there, might be a place to call if you looking for more lakes with Tigers in them, they might know where some might be.

I will be fishing there next week...(July 9th-12th)) Ive seen a few Tigers at Big Creek, mainly in the river that flows out out of the lower lake, Theres a spillway there and a bridge that crosses the river.....fish the undercut banks below that bridge.

    • Well, you could be right!
    • Yes, this is great to watch for kids born around '66 still in diapers and missed it on TV!
    • Only tink bacon is good for are BLT'S.
    • As with most Ken Burns series, it's been very interesting and entertaining to watch. After seeing the same old footage for the last 40 years, the new stuff is facinating.  '66 kid here, it's amazing to me that this occurred during my lifetime. I hope some of folks put your aversion to PBS aside and enjoy  watching some history. Maybe even learning a  thing or two about it. *chuckle*
    • Juice and bear, they are a pair.  Space Aliens and Chiropractic.
    • We have dish at the lake, and suspend it for 9 months.  Only turn it on in the summer.   5 bucks a month while suspended.
    • Sometimes you can get a small discount, but buying at a place that also does service might be worth considering....
    • I've had them most of the summer. The last two weeks I have not seen them.
    • Where's the best place to buy a Honda 2000i generator. I know it's a factory set price for the most part but remembered in the past some local "mom and pops" had them a bit cheaper. Would prefer to give my business to a small business anyway.  I'm in the south metro if that matters at all, but willing to drive.
    • Bear, in real life, i am pretty much the same. Thank you for such an interest in me. Lol. Dave crying but called me a Dick. Typical sugar slave, cannot have a clear perception of reality or life. Good job bud, but that thick skin is hardened fascia from having poor ROM from an inability to move properly over the course of your life.   Roony so bad wants me to give him some attention. Ok little buddy, all you got is Dr roids comments or you got something better to say?  Please give me your opinion of treadmills or be a little ankle bitter some more.
